Terms of Service

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the Service.

Piko Story offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions, available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

• Piko Monthly — billed every month
• Piko Quarterly — billed every three months
• Piko Yearly — billed every twelve months

All subscription tiers include 10 story credits per month. One credit is consumed each time a story is generated. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month and are forfeited at the end of each monthly cycle.

Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase, before you confirm the transaction.

Free Trial

We may offer a 3-day free trial that includes 3 story credits. Any unused trial credits do not roll over and are forfeited when the trial ends or when you start a paid subscription. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the price of the selected plan.

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (on iOS) or Google Account (on Android) at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. The renewal price is the same as the original subscription price unless otherwise disclosed at the point of purchase.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase:

• Android: Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or visit support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to your remaining credits and benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies. Refund requests should be directed to the platform you purchased through:

We do not process refunds directly except where required by applicable law.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (photos, character descriptions, story prompts). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material
• Depicts real individuals without their consent (except your own children with appropriate consent)

Stories and illustrations generated by the Service are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• View and share your generated content with family and friends
• Print stories for personal use
• Use the sharing features within the app

You may not:

• Sell or commercially distribute generated content
• Use generated content to train AI models
• Remove any watermarks or attribution
